At what time does check-in open?
Check-in at least 90 minutes prior to departure time.
At which time does the counter close ?
Check-in counter international closes 60 minutes prior to departure time. Check-in counter domestic (Aruba – Bonaire – Curacao) closes 45 minutes prior to departure time.
If I check in online at what time do I have to be at the airport?
If you’re already checked in online and have luggage, you need to be at the airport 60 minutes prior for all flights.
If you don’t have luggage, you need to be at the gate 30 minutes prior for all flights.
Is it possible to travel between the islands with a driver's license?
You are only allowed to travel between island with a valid passport or identity card(ID, sedula).
What is the cost of a second piece of luggage?
The second piece of luggage will cost $40 between 1 and 23kg.
The third additional piece will be an additional $60 ($100) in total
How much does an overweight bag cost?
You are allowed 23Kg free of charge, any additional weight above 23Kg must be check-in as 2nd piece which will be charged a fee of $40.
